Authorized Dealer Program

Dealer Terms, Support & Operating Framework

1. Territory Assignment & Protection

1.1 Territory Definition
Each Authorized Dealer is assigned a defined sales territory based on: Primary business address of the dealer; County and state boundaries or ZIP code clusters; Local population density and commercial demand potential; Existing LLAMA Truck dealer coverage map. Territory assignment is confirmed in the Dealer Agreement prior to activation.

1.2 Exclusive Operational Protection (Within Territory)
Within the assigned territory: LLAMA Truck will not appoint another Authorized Dealer without written review and justification; Dealer will receive priority handling of all inbound leads originating within their territory; Official website lead routing may prioritize nearest active dealer based on ZIP code matching; Demo requests and test-drive inquiries may be assigned to the local dealer first.

1.3 Territory Adjustment Rules
Territory may be adjusted under the following conditions: Dealer inactivity exceeding 90 days (no sales or engagement); Failure to maintain basic service capability; Voluntary request for expansion based on performance; Market expansion requiring subdivision of high-density regions. Any adjustment requires written notice.
